How do you set about producing an annual report that lives up to the reputation of a business that’s operating at the top of their game?
We talked to a cross section of people at Admiral Group to find out what they thought made their business so successful. They talked about the culture being sales-driven – how it helped their profitability outperform the competition. They told us about attracting more customers because of their product range. And fundamentally how the business is always feeding back local research and understanding and continuously applying its operating knowledge from one territory to another.
With such a great story in the bag, our focus then turned to the lion’s share of the report’s content. We carried out a thorough content analysis and developed a framework to ensure the strategic value shone through in the structure.
