Carillion's share price was not performing as well as it could following their FTSE re-rating as a support services business. Having audited their key communications, it was clear to us that the company was not being properly understood and this was affecting their reputation in the City.

In the time we have worked with them we have got to know the business inside out, talking to people across the organisation and researching their sector and audiences.

We have designed and produced annual reports for Carillion for the past seven years

DIGITAL

Their story needs to be understood by a broad audience of 26,000 shareholders; only a third had opted-in to receive a printed report. With this online bias, it was clear that a digital annual report offered a better means of getting their complex message across.

3D animation sequences embrace the medium and provide shareholders with a unique perspective of not only what Carillion does, but how it does it around the globe.

The online annual report was shortlisted for the ‘Best online annual report’ at the CorpComms Magazine Digi Awards 2010
